Qualification requirements

To qualify for the Employee Group Life and AD&D Program, you must be:

An employee at a factory-approved new car or truck franchise that is a member of NADA;
A resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia;
Actively at work at least 20 hours per week; and
Able to submit satisfactory evidence of good health (does not apply to AD&D insurance).
