NextGen Congressional Grassroots Initiative

The NextGen program of NADA’s Washington Conference (an invite only event) aims to facilitate political and legislative engagement among young dealers, managers and successors by providing dealers with the resources to effectively advocate for their business. NextGen attendees gain political insights and learn important grassroots skills:

• How decisions made in Washington affect the dealership,

• How to engage members of Congress,

• Effective communication techniques when lobbying for your dealership,

• Meeting and discussing important issues with your members of Congress,

• Networking with dealer association leadership and other NextGen dealers from across the country.
