The General Service Technician - C Class performs most tasks assigned with some supervision required. Requires average mechanical knowledge.

The General Service Technician - B Class functions as an experienced technician who is able to perform diagnoses and repairs of most vehicle components with little supervision required, and who has previously worked as a C-Class general service technician.

The General Service Technician - A Class functions as a skilled-level technician who is able to perform diagnoses and repairs in all areas, in addition to being specialized in particular areas of repair and who has previously worked as a B-Class general service technician.

The Front End Technician functions as an experienced technician who is able to perform general vehicle repair and maintenance functions with little supervision required.

The Fixed Operations Director manages the efficient and profitable operation of the service, parts and body shop departments.

The Electrician repairs and overhauls electrical systems in automobiles within quality and time guidelines set by dealership and factory. Requires manufacturer product-specific training.

Vehicle detailers clean and refurbish new and used automobiles. The duties conform to dealership and/or manufacturer specifications and time allowances.

The Custodian maintains a safe, clean working environment for all dealership employees and customers.

The Brake Technician fixes and overhauls brake systems on vehicles following quality and time guidelines set by dealership and factory. Requires manufacturer product-specific training.
