Important Registration Policies

  • Only one (1) Guest badge per registered dealer or manager. An Allied Industry guest must register in one of the Allied Industry categories.
  • Allied Industry personnel may not register as a dealer or manager.
  • Educational content is designed for dealers and managers.
  • Anyone over age 18 must register to attend. If they wish to attend educational programming, they must register as a dealership manager.
  • Children under age 18 can access the Expo Hall only when accompanied by an adult.  


Registration Changes and Cancellation Policies 

Send written request of a registration change or cancellation to nada@maritz.com. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. All written cancellations must be received by December 9, 2024. A $50 processing fee applies to each individual cancellation. Cancellations after December 9, 2024 will not receive a refund (no exceptions). Optional ticketed events are non-refundable. Refunds are only available when an attendee cancels his/her main registration for the NADA Show.


Deadline for Hotel Reservations: January 8, 2025, 5pm CT  

To guarantee a hotel reservation, a valid credit card is required at the time of online booking or when housing form is submitted. In January 2025, the hotel will charge the first night’s room and tax to the credit card provided. Mailed submissions will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis until the hotel is sold out, at which time an alternate hotel will be assigned. For this reason, a minimum of three hotel choices must be submitted with mailed registration. 


Declined Credit Card or Missing Credit Card Guarantee 

Registration housing forms received with a declined or missing credit card guarantee will receive an email request for valid credit card information. This info must be received by the date indicated or the hotel reservation will be cancelled. 


Housing Changes and Cancellation Policies 

Send requests to nada@maritz.com by 5pm ET, January 8, 2025. Changes cannot be accepted to NADA or hotel reservation(s) during the processing of the rooming lists, January 9-12, 2025.

Contact the hotel directly, beginning January 13, 2025, to cancel or make changes to a reservation. Check with your designated hotel regarding their cancellation policy. Most hotels require at least 72 hours’ notice prior to arrival date. If cancellation policies are met, you will receive a full deposit refund within 7-10 business days.

Please note: You may pay for your registration fees by check, however, a credit card is required to guarantee your hotel reservation. If paying registration fees by check, be sure to mail the check and form together. Checks should be made payable to "NADA." Forms received without payment will not be processed. Once your mailed form has been received, you will be emailed a confirmation from NADA/ATD Registration and Housing within three to five business days. The confirmation will include both your registration and housing information. This confirmation will also serve as your receipt.

Avoid imposter or scam websites claiming to provide housing services on behalf of NADA. Maritz is our only official housing provider, and can only be accessed via NADA Show. Also beware of email or other communications from vendors and contractors offering assistance in the host city.
