NADA Show Update: We’re Moving Forward Despite the Weather
The NADA Show team is working diligently to move in the event amidst challenging weather conditions in New Orleans. While current weather impacts travel plans for many, we remain on schedule thanks to proactive steps taken over the weekend in collaboration with city leaders, facility representatives, service contractors, hotels, and more.
Event Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: Show Move-In with 24-hour access
- Thursday: Opening Day Events
- Friday: Expo Opens
- Thursday thru Sunday: NADA Show 2025 Event Schedule
We strongly encourage all attendees, exhibitors, and partners to monitor weather conditions and stay updated on travel plans. Please allow extra time for travel and consider reaching out to your airline for the latest updates.

2025 NADA Expo Preview
NADA Statement in Response to New Year's Tragic Incident in New Orleans
NADA offers its deepest condolences to the victims of New Years Day’s tragic incident in New Orleans, and our thoughts are with all those affected by this senseless act of violence.
NADA always has an extensive security plan for every Show and city that hosts our organization annually. As such, we have a robust plan in place for the 2025 NADA Show in New Orleans. We will continue working with city officials, including the New Orleans Police Department, to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. We have been in contact with the city regarding Wednesday’s incident to determine if any additional security measures should be added, and those conversations will continue until the Show concludes.
The safety and security of Show attendees and exhibitors is always our highest priority, and we will work to implement any measures necessary to facilitate a safe Show environment for everyone. Learn more
