Dennis McGinn is the CEO of Rapid Recon, the creator of reconditioning time-to-line and speed-to-sale workflow systems. Over 2,800 auto dealers use Rapid Recon to improve inventory turn rates and per-vehicle profitability. McGinn had a 21-year career with Hewlett-Packard, where he mastered the principles of continuous process improvement with advanced manufacturing software for automotive OEMs. He is also the author of "how-to" books, providing auto retailers and their vendors foundational insight into the economics and opportunities available to those who practice time-to-line reconditioning workflow principles.
Matt Hubiak

Vehicle Asset Management & Reconditioning Manager
Matt Hubiak serves as the Vehicle Asset Management and Reconditioning Manager at Swickard Auto Group, one of the top fastest-growing companies in Oregon and SW Washington. In this role, he oversees all used car operations in retail and wholesale operations at 23 franchises in five states throughout the western US and growing. Matt is charged with managing the teams in charge of transportation, accounting/stocking in, reconditioning, merchandising, lot management, and all inventory exit strategies. In his role, he has implemented programs that have increased efficiency, decreased time to line, worked with vendors to build effective partnerships, built processes from scratch.

President
Jared Ricart is the president of Ricart Automotive Group in Columbus, Ohio. Ricart Ford was founded by his grandfather, Paul Ricart Sr., in July 1953. The automotive group has more than 700 employees and annually sells about 15,000 new and used vehicles across 10 product lines. He is a 2011 graduate of NADA Academy and is a supporter of the Ford ASSET Program at Columbus State Community College, which helps further the educational offerings for future automotive technicians.

Tom Dunn has 34 years of experience in the automotive industry, including stints as a salesperson, used-car manager and general service manager before becoming a general manager 23 years ago. During his tenure at Fred Martin Superstore, a Jeep, Ram, Dodge and Chrysler dealer, it was the largest single-point used-car dealership in Ohio for many of those years.
