Jay Goldman, CPA, is a principal with Boyer & Ritter, LLC. He is the chairperson of the firm's dealer services group as well as a member of the firm's executive committee. He was previously the CFO of a large dealership group. Goldman is a member of the AutoCPA Group, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He was formerly a member of the AICPA Auto Dealer Conference Committee.

The national practice leader of Moss Adams Automotive & Dealer Services Practice, Dan Cheyney has been in public accounting since 1996, working extensively with dealerships and their related entities and ownership groups. Prior to his career with Moss Adams, he was the internal auditor of a local dealership group. Cheyney also serves on Moss Adams' tax committee and focuses on the tax issues affecting the automotive industry.
