Jim Dodd joined NADA in 2009 and brings with him 22 years of auto industry experience in wholesale, retail, consulting and digital advertising. Certified in Google Analytics and Google Ads, he continues to advise dealers on marketing strategies and web design to improve their online presence and performance. Before becoming an NADA 20 Group consultant, Dodd began his career with NADA as an account executive for the NADA Used Car Guide. As a dealer management consultant and internet/digital specialist, Dodd continues to focus on innovative ways dealers can leverage analytics to improve overall performance.

Kate is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and graduated from Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications. Throughout her agency years in Greenville, South Carolina, she worked mainly with automotive dealerships to drive revenue goals through traditional and digital advertising. In addition to automotive, Kate spent time working with nonprofits to understand and build their brand through websites, logos, social media, and beginner advertising. After 12 years working in advertising agencies, Kate joined the Hunter Automotive Team in 2019 as Marketing and BDC Director and relocated to the Asheville area.

Kacie Edwards joined Brandon Steven Motors in 2011 as the Social Media Manager for Eddy's Toyota of Wichita. Today Kacie is the Chief Marketing Officer for Steven Enterprises over 16 dealerships in Wichita, Kansas, and Los Angeles, California, and numerous other businesses across the country. Kacie has managed over $100MM in digital and traditional advertising and is responsible for the cohesive brand messaging across all published platforms. She does not do it all alone and gives the credit to her talented, small, but mighty marketing team of 3, and tireless team of vendors.
Robbie Clemmons

Robbie has been a driving force behind the success of Firkins Auto Group for nearly two decades. He began his career in the auto industry in fixed operations but quickly transitioned into information technology and e-commerce. Today, he serves as the group's Systems Administrator and Business Development Director, overseeing the dealership's branding and marketing strategies, including social media management. Under his leadership, a skilled team of BDC representatives and e-commerce specialists has been assembled, whose approach to the digital space is both strategic and thorough. Robbie's contributions have been instrumental in the growth and success of Firkins Auto Group.
