• Biographical Information: Social media or blog username/URL, photograph, and biography when you speak at an event. 
• Employment-Related Information: Company-related information and personal title if you are an employee of a member company, exhibitor, or sponsor. 
• External Sources: Information about you, such as your name and contact information, from NADA members, partners, and external sources. 
• Site Interaction Information: Information related to your interactions with the Site, including operating system, browser type, IP (Internet Protocol) address, and pages visited. 
   

Use of Information: 

NADA does not share personal identifying information about website users to any external third party. However, NADA does gather and collect information regarding your use of the Services in order to better serve the NADA audience and its evolving needs and may share this information with NADA's subsidiaries and affiliates.  Once you have provided personal identifying information, it will only be used for purposes of managing our website, collecting navigation history and data, providing targeted email marketing promotions, or for such other purposes as described at the point of data collection.  Such information will not be transferred to other parties unless otherwise stated at the point of data collection.  NADA reserves the right to disclose any information as required by law, a court order, or to a duly authorized investigative agency.

All e-mail addresses registered by users to receive NADA Headlines, other e-newsletters or electronic communications are used solely for subscription purposes. We may notify you via e-mail of new NADA products, publications and special offers from NADA if you give us permission to do so. We do not make the information supplied on your e-commerce order form available to outside companies.

To opt out of our e-mail marketing or to cancel your subscription to a newsletter, you can use the link provided at the bottom of each email message.  If you opt out of email marketing, we will still send you messages related to our transactions and relationship with you, such as event registration confirmations.
