NADA Board of Directors

Joe Massarelli is President of Liberty Auto City in Libertyville, Ill. He started in the automotive business in 1986 upon graduating college. He has held multiple positions from parts & services to sales & finance & insurance management and became general manager in 1994. Massarelli represents Metropolitan Chicago's franchised new-car dealers on the board of directors of the National Automobile Dealers Association. (Term: January 2020-February 2026)
