- Marketing Blurb — A quick (35 words or less) description to be used in ATD Show promotional materials, including the ATD Show program directory.
- Comprehensive Description — Get into the details and expand on your synopsis to give us a full picture of your session.
- Submission Type — Choose from a 20-minute Truck Talk session or 45-minute workshop.
- Intended Audience — Identify your target audience for this session.
- An 'Aha' Moment — What's the key takeaway or insight for your audience?
- Presentation Activities — What activities or methods will you use to engage the audience?
- Content Level — Let us know if your session is for beginners, intermediates, or advanced attendees.

Session Title
Titles should be short and sweet — under 60 characters. Avoid starting with "How to" or "The." Make it clear and use present-tense verbs (e.g., "Create," not "Creating").
Presentation Format
Presentations can have several formats. Many are presented, lecture style, by one or two speakers. Panels have a maximum of four speakers, including the moderator, and must include diversity in background, expertise, employment, ethnicity, and gender. Fireside chats are casual conversations with two people.
Presentation Style and Difficulty Level
Choose between interactive and lecture-style. Interactive workshops involve active audience participation with round-table room setup and are not recorded. Lectures are set up in a traditional format, where speakers present from a stage in a theater-style room. Select the degree of content difficulty for the attendee: beginner, intermediate or advanced.
Key Topic Area
Select the appropriate topic area for your ATD workshop.
Add Speakers

The video is the biggest part of your proposal! Make sure it's original for ATD Show 2026, under 90 seconds, and features your speakers. No branding or company promotion, please. Submissions without an original, 90-second, video will not be considered. View examples.
Submit Proposal
Once you submit, you'll get a confirmation email. Our committee will review everything and let you know if you're selected.

- Selection Notification: You'll hear from us with a decision in June.
- Speakers will be expected to attend two virtual orientations before the show to prepare for the session.
