Founder and Chief Strategist

Joe Burak is the founder of TRANSiT Strategy & Analytics, which leverages data to drive strategic leadership decisions. He dedicated more than 20 years to working in trade associations, including the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Most recently, he served as a vice president for NAHB, overseeing membership and a team of management consultants dedicated to building stronger and healthier chapters and leaders. During his tenure, he onboarded hundreds of new executives and counseled two strategic advisory groups that recommended policy. Burak earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA with certificate in business analytics from the George Washington University.
