Request Function Space
 

Exhibitors and groups that would like to request space for a hospitality event or meeting at an NADA-contracted hotel need to complete the Hotel Function Space Request Form. All requests MUST be submitted via this form, no direct requests to hotels will be accepted.
 

Prior to booking space, please check out our schedule-at-a-glance. Pay close attention to the schedule changes for the NADA Show 2025 and plan accordingly when submitting your function space request:

Franchise Meetings:
Expanded the schedule to include an additional Franchise meeting slot on Thursday afternoon. Franchise meetings to now be held Thursday - Saturday at 3pm and Sunday at 10:30am.

Workshops:
Added a new workshop slot at 12:30pm on Friday & Saturday

Expo:
Friday will open at 10am, directly following Mainstage. The expo will close at 12:30pm on Sunday.

Please add all of your function requests to this form.
 

Note that function space is not available for Allied Industry groups. If you are an Allied Industry company and would like to exhibit, click here for information on exhibiting. If you are assigned booth space and cancel your booth, your function space will also be cancelled.

NOTE: Functions will not be assigned during NADA Show exhibit hours or Education Sessions, which are:

  • noon-4:15pm, Thursday, January 23
  • 10am-5pm, Friday, January 24
  • 8:30am-5pm, Saturday, January 25
  • 8:30am-12:30pm, Sunday, January 26


Function space will also not be assigned during the NADA Welcome Reception on Thursday, January 23, 7pm-10pm (the only exception to this policy is for internal company meetings).

No sponsor tables, banners, automobiles, gobos, etc., will be allowed on display in the hotel public space. These must be within the function room.

Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Because of space limitations, your first choice may not be available. Therefore, please select six (6) hotel choices. At most hotels, we are not holding space prior to Tuesday, January 21. If you need space prior to that date, we will contact the hotel for availability. If you would like to reserve a space for multiple days, please enter a date range in the "Set-up Information – Date/Time" section of the form above.

Once your request has been received, you will receive an email confirmation of your request. You will receive your space assignment within 30 days of receipt of your request.
