2025 ATAE
Chairman
I am excited to work with our diverse membership to move our agenda forward. Whether you are a CARB state, a metro association, or a state with limited resources, this association will provide value, resources, and direction. It is a privilege to continue in the footsteps of John Devlin, Brian Maas, Greg Remensperger, Scott Lambert and all those who guided this association before them.
The challenges in front of us are obvious. The dealer network is being threatened by OEMs that believe direct sales is consumer friendly and even legal. We face OEMs trying to alter EPA regulations, while not changing their “all-in” EV business plans. We are making numerous efforts nationally to advance warranty reimbursement laws, ensuring our members get fair compensation. We will do this through sharing best practices, working with one another to find the best solutions, and we will communicate!
Our organizations exist to aid, educate, and advocate for our members. This in turn has a direct and positive impact on the consumer. Each of us follow the direction set by our boards. Yet, there is no single association that garners more influence when working toward the same goal as ATAE. Together, there are no limits. I look forward to working with you all to create that positive impact that will benefit so many.
Auto Shows of North America, founded in 2003, is a committee of Automotive Trade Association Executives (ATAE) formed to provide networking opportunities for ATAE members with responsibility for an auto show. Check out the latest schedule of North American auto shows.
