Paul Metrey is NADA's senior vice president, regulatory affairs. In this capacity, he directs a team of attorneys who represent dealer interests before—and educate dealers on regulations promulgated by— federal executive branch agencies that oversee dealer operations. He is the author and editor of numerous dealer publications and frequently speaks to dealers, automotive trade association executives, dealership compliance professionals and other industry groups on an array of regulatory topics.

Doug Greenhaus is NADA's vice president of regulatory affairs, environment, health and safety. He represents dealer interests before such federal agencies as EPA, the Department of Transportation and the Department of Labor. He advises and counsels NADA members and staff on federal regulatory matters. He is also the author of numerous trade articles and educational materials as well as a frequent industry speaker.
