He is driving the automotive retail industry's shift to eCommerce, building the internal day-to-day operational capability, and collaborating with key leaders for digital commerce strategy, execution, and cross-product integrations. Paulo has built a diverse, international career. He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering at the University of São Paulo and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Brett Pomerantz is responsible for partnership and eCommerce strategy for Cox Automotive, where he works with some of the automotive industry's most progressive OEMs and lenders. He started his automotive career at his family's dealership group in Philadelphia, where he managed digital sales, marketing and advertising at the region's top luxury franchises. Since joining Cox in 2013, Pomerantz has led product investments in digital retailing across the websites Dealer.com, Autotrader.com, Vinsolutions and Dealertrack. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his MBA from Georgia Tech.
