The National Automobile Dealers Association, a leader in automotive education for more than 40 years, has expanded its educational offerings with the launch of NADA Professional Series at NADA Show 2018 in Las Vegas.

The NADA Professional Series, which is designed for new or high-potential department managers to stay ahead of the competition, targets four critical dealership departments—office, parts, sales and service.

The courses are focused on developing skills that managers need to run a profitable department and gain the confidence in leadership roles. The courses are taught through blended learning and a combination of classroom and online instruction to fit busy retail lifestyles.

The NADA Professional Series curriculum is comprised of Functional Core Competencies, Leadership Foundations, Human Resource Foundations and DMS Applications.

The first two-day class is focused on Core Competencies, where participants will learn the important aspects of the job to secure success. The second two-day class is focused on Leadership, where participants will learn to leverage the power of your team. In addition, online courses focused on Human Resources are offered to help dealerships attract the best talent.
