The FTC’s recently announced Vehicle Shopping Rule is perhaps the largest federal regulatory change to auto retailing ever. While the Rule applies to motor vehicle dealers, given the broad sweep of new duties and prohibitions that will affect every stage of the auto retailing process, it is certain to have a massive impact on many of the other thousands of Show attendees including dealer vendors, advertising partners and OEMs. You need to understand what the Rule requires and why you will be hearing so much about it over the coming months and years.

NADA is excited to announce a special workshop session at the Show, exclusively for dealer vendors and OEMs. On Thursday, Feb. 1, 2024, at 10:30am, NADA’s regulatory experts will discuss several recent important developments from Washington that may impact vendors and OEMs, including the Vehicle Shopping Rule. Add this event to your calendar today and follow NADA for much more in the coming months.
