Each year, the Super Session at NADA Show dives into important topics that are top of mind for dealers and the industry with a panel of experts, industry leaders and experienced automotive professionals.

While dealers from all backgrounds are experiencing industry challenges, minority dealers' experiences bring unique insights and perspectives on what's needed in the evolution of auto retail. To make positive changes in the industry, NADA is hosting a conversation on what it will take to grow and diversify our industry for the future.

For the 2021 Super Session, “Diversity in Auto Retail”, NADA will bring together a diverse group of next-generation automotive retailers to get their take on a variety of topics that impact the industry today. This dealer panel discussion will focus on questions from NADA subject matter experts and moderated by an NADA 20 Group Consultant.

Featured speakers include Jeff Breeland, Dealership Management Consultant, NADA; Ray Fregia Jr., President, Courtesy Auto Group; and Kathryn Mataga, General Manager, Mataga Buick GMC Cadillac. Learn more about the Super Session panelists.

Dealers and dealership managers can join this important conversation along with many more educational sessions, networking opportunities and dealer shopping at the NADA Expo, all taking place at NADA Show 2021, February 9-11.
