That’s why the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) is launching an exciting new resource—full of timely tips and best practices—for today’s busy dealership professionals. Say hello to Dealer Driven, a podcast tailored specifically to help dealers navigate daily challenges and keep their stores—and their staffs—as nimble as possible.

Hosted by NADA education leaders Camron Wilson and Michael Hayes, Dealer Driven showcases the best in dealership training and development. The podcast’s mission: Deliver the information and tools necessary for dealership personnel to optimize operations, spot opportunities and stay ahead of industry shifts. Whether the focus is on leading a team, improving inventory or refining digital marketing strategy, each episode provides practical solutions that can be applied immediately in the dealership.

“We hear your concerns, and we’re here to help offer solutions,” says Michael Hayes, NADA Academy Director. “The podcast is a new platform for us, but it’s another vehicle for NADA to impart knowledge to its members that will immediately improve their operations.”

In each episode, Camron and Michael are joined by industry experts who share their knowledge and dive into timely topics that matter to dealership employees. These episodes cover a range of issues and challenges, from talent management to expense control, and provide actionable takeaways that can help improve various aspects of the dealership.

“These are tips coming straight from industry leaders in a portable, bite-size format,” says Camron Wilson, NADA VP of Education & Training. “We deliver insights that you can listen to on the go.”

The podcast launches next Tuesday—January 21—with subsequent episodes released every three to four weeks each Monday. The concise, 15- to 20-minte episodes allow listeners to tune in on their way to work, during coffee breaks or even at the gym.

With expert guests and targeted topics, Dealer Driven is designed to give dealership professionals the tools they need to succeed in today’s competitive landscape.
